Wormald’s New Melbourne Location

Continuing on its journey as an independent and locally managed business, Wormald has moved from its premises at Mulgrave to a new office in Bentleigh East.

Melbourne is Wormald’s first major city location moving to a standalone office, following its sale from global fire and security company Tyco in 2016. Plans are also in place to establish new Sydney and Brisbane offices in the near future.

Wormald CEO Andrew Lee commented, “Two years on, our local management approach has been very well received in the market, with a less centralised and more flexible business structure. We are continuing to provide our specialised fire expertise around the country, with tailored fire protection solutions and services for our customers.

“Personally, I’m excited to see the ongoing shift to independent operations, with full control of our brands, office locations and business post the divestiture. Since returning to a locally managed business, we have also opened a number of new offices in regional centres, including on the Gold Coast, creating a base for local staff and customers.
