Simplex Time holds a unique market position worldwide and in Australia in the delivery of technologically advanced quality products and services including Time Recorders, Master Clocks to synchronise display systems and software systems for Time and Attendance and access control.
This is an excellent job opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative who has a mechanical aptitude and would like to build on their current skill set by specialising in the sales and servicing of electronic and software Time and Attendance/ Information Display Systems.
Your time will be split between office bound servicing and out on customer sites. You will enjoy the variety this role has to offer working autonomously and as part of a motivated service team based within a well-established service and sales territory.
In order to be successful in this role you will need previous electrometer, software or office machine service/ sales experience. Essential to this role is your ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships and demonstrate good personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
A valid and current drivers’ licence is required, a person with a current electrical connect and disconnect license or equivalent would be advised to apply if the position description above interests you.
