What Is FireTrace®?
FireTrace® is a new self contained fire detection and extinguishing system. It is designed for reliable, low cost fire protection to confined spaces.
FireTrace® tubing rapidly detects fire, automatically releasing extinguishant and immediatly delivering the CO2 directly to the fire via the FireTrace® tubing.
How does FireTrace® Work?
When a small fire begins in an enclosure FireTrace® acts fast through its "constantly on-line tubing". As the fire developes the FireTrace® tubing begins to rupture and gas is released into the cabinet or small enclosure. The cabinet is then flooded with CO2 and extinguished within roughly 15 seconds.
