| Construction The Firemaster fire resistant cabinets are constructed from new formula special protection materials which provide excellent fire resistant. Locking The units are secured by one keylock and one keyless combination lock. The combination from model F40 upwards is changeable and the locking mechanism is protected by an automatic relocking device. This will activate automatically in the event of force or attack to the lock. Options This type of cabinet is not designed to protect computer media such as, computer discs, tapes, videos, film or negatives. Talk to your Firemaster agent about magnetic media containers or fitted media inserts. |

| Q. 1. Fires are on the increase, why? A. Because of the increase in the use of machinery and electrical equipment instead of manpower. Some examples are electrical power tools, spray painting equipment, electric typewriters, computers, word processors, photocopiers, air conditioning units, oxyacetylene equipment, plus a wide range of petrol and gas driven equipment used in industry today. Q. 2. Why are fires spreading so rapidly? A. the increased use of flammable materials in buildings – plastics, suspended ceilings, air conditioning ducts, nylon carpets to name just a few. Q. 3.
