Extenda-Lite® Air Operated Pole (AO) is a pneumatically raised telescoping pole that operates off the apparatus’ air system, providing effective scene lighting for firefighters and rescue teams.  

Constructed of heavy duty, anodized aluminium, the poles come complete with a weatherproof control box with built in air controls and an internally coiled cord so the equipment remains robust in poor weather conditions.  

The air operated poles are compatible with any Akron Brass light head and can also be fitted with other equipment such as cameras, weather instruments, antennae or rotating lights.

  • Light head rotates left and right and up and down for maximum adjustability
  • Pressure switch inside the control box turns the light on when raised
