As the current situation around COVID-19 restrictions continues to develop in states and territories across the country, and in particular the Greater Sydney Region, including the Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Shellharbour, Central Coast, Hunter and Upper Hunter regions, together with Victoria, we are reaching out to you to make sure you are aware of what Wormald is doing to ensure continuity of services in the ongoing inspection and maintenance of essential safety measures and fire protection equipment.
At the forefront of our considerations and activities is the health and wellbeing of our team and their families, our customers and our communities. We are taking all relevant precautions as per the advice of the state and territory governments to ensure that there is reduced risk of close interactions between our teams and customers.
We have comprehensive COVID safe plans for when our team undertake work to maintain the essential safety measures and fire protection equipment in non-residential buildings, carry the appropriate and required personal protective equipment (PPE) and where possible we are limiting the movement of authorised workers out of and between the Sydney Local Government Areas of Fairfield, Liverpool and Canterbury-Bankstown.
Wormald continues to provide coverage to our customers with emergency work and repairs, and our team remain available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
These ever-changing situations do come with challenges. We remain committed to the ongoing servicing of our valued customers for whom we perform essential inspections and maintenance, we do anticipate some small delays that may reduce our ability to fulfil our service level agreement (SLA’s) in some circumstances.
